Hong Kong Dental Website Information Verification and
AI-Search Readability
A dental website should make facts easier for patients and search systems to check. The first step is not a ranking promise; it is a clear record of identity, services, sources, limits and publication responsibility.
First, this is not a dental compliance certificate
This article describes CLEARCRAFT LAB’s custom “dental website information architecture and verification framework”. It is not an official Hong Kong certification, compliance certificate, legal opinion, licence determination or medical compliance service, and it does not mean that any clinic has met every legal or professional requirement.
The goal is clearer, readable and checkable public information. It does not guarantee crawling, citation, ranking, recommendation, patient volume or revenue. The clinic and registered dentist must confirm every credential, licence, service, price, emergency arrangement and form using current written information.
What information do we organise?
- Identity and registration: clinic name, registered dentist names and facts checkable against an official register.
- Services and fees: services actually offered, normal fee ranges, additional items and limits requiring assessment; current written client confirmation is required.
- Location and contact: address, map, phone, email, opening hours, emergency contact and payment or insurance arrangements where applicable; this does not represent 24/7 emergency service.
- Sources and dates: source URL, verification date, owner, version and correction record.
What should not be used to “increase visibility”?
- Unverified specialist titles, licences, awards or “best / number one” comparisons.
- Claims of guaranteed cures, zero risk, permanent results, certain success or guaranteed AI recommendation.
- Patient testimonials, identifiable patient data, case photographs or videos, X-rays or unapproved before-and-after material.
- Unapproved forms, lead capture, treatment promises or attempts to manipulate ranking.
How do we make dental information easier for AI to understand?
One clear answer per page
Use question-led headings that match real patient questions, such as “How can a Hong Kong patient verify a dentist’s registration?” or “What is normally included in a dental implant quote?” The latter is general education, not a personal quote or treatment advice.
Keep page facts consistent
Service pages, contact pages, map data, structured data and social profiles should use the same approved names, phone, address, opening hours and service descriptions.
Publish evidence and uncertainty together
Separate “checked against an official register”, “provided by the clinic and awaiting written confirmation” and “requires a dentist’s judgement”. Unknown information stays unknown.
ClearCraft Lab deliverables
| Deliverable | Scope |
|---|---|
| Dental facts register | Identity, registration, services, fees, location, hours, emergency details and sources |
| GEO / SEO content map | Pages, question set, internal links, citable passages and ownership |
| Claims review | Credential, outcome, comparison, patient-data and form risk categories |
| Pre-publication QA | Readability, sources, consistency, structured data and correction route |
| Version maintenance | Recheck by date; do not turn one test into a long-term guarantee |
These are ClearCraft Lab’s internal delivery concepts and must not be copied directly as a dental clinic’s medical advertising or social copy.
Scope and privacy boundary
ClearCraft Lab works on information architecture, content organisation, source tracking and AI-search readability. This is a general education and information framework, not an official Hong Kong certification, legal opinion, licence determination, medical compliance service or PDPO/DPA assessment. The scope of Dental Council rules must be confirmed case by case by a registered dentist and, where needed, an appropriately qualified legal or compliance professional.
Forms, cookies, analytics and patient-data collection require a separate assessment by the data controller and a qualified privacy adviser. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, licensing opinions or medical-outcome guarantees. The public version must not be copied directly as a dental clinic’s medical advertising or social copy.
Frequently asked questions
Is dental GEO the same as buying an AI ranking?
No. It makes public information more accurate, clear, checkable and easier to cite. No ranking, recommendation or citation outcome is guaranteed.
Can a clinic publish patient cases directly?
Not by default. Patient data, photographs, cases and testimonials need separate consent, clinical and privacy review; this framework defaults to not using them.
What should a dentist provide?
Start with approved clinic and dentist identity, registration, services, normal fees, address, hours, emergency arrangements and source documents. Missing or unverified fields remain pending.
Will ClearCraft Lab guarantee AI recommendations or more patients?
No. The deliverables are traceable data structure, content versions, source verification and pre-publication checks. AI answers, search traffic and commercial outcomes must be measured separately.
