- Acceptance: the evidence and reasoning can be reviewed; missing data and unavailable tests remain labelled.

- Acceptance: agreed pages, links, forms, mobile layout and technical controls pass the scoped checks.

03 / Content updates and maintenance
Maintain verified service facts and articles, preserving sources, owners and versions alongside agreed observations.
Frequency, volume, platforms and retests are agreed in writing.
- Deliverable: the agreed update log, sources, changed pages and observation records.
- Acceptance: agreed content is current and approved; each observation retains its time, platform and conditions.
- Excluded: unapproved publishing, additional platforms and an unlimited volume of revisions.
